HRBP Experience 10+ years (BPO Background) Budget 9-10 LPA Role Manager (team lead exp is must) Location: Nagpur Summary/Objective The position encompasses the role of an Business HR focusing on all activities related to Business partnering role. The potential recruit is expected to have a solid experience in HR practices, statutory compliance and a sound knowledge in HR Engagements and Touchpoints. MANDAT Very Important & Vital Pointers assessment to evaluate with respective candidates: Employee relations / conducted employee engagement RAG Analysis / SKIP meet Attrition analysis Retention analysis POSH / disciplinary action. Leave & attendance management. Conducting Rewards & Recognition / Induction /Orientation. FTEs handled under their span. HR Business Partner Support end to end HRBP delivery. Foster a strong business relationship with the stake holders Induction and assimilation of the new joiners Employee Confirmation, Performance Management and Appraisals Employee Grievance and counseling Conduct regular employee connect sessions to understand their concerns and implement action plan to address them Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units Focus on supervisory enablement activities Plan and execute engagement activities for the location Address and resolve employee queries in a timely manner Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation Attrition Management and retention Manage all the documentation related to the employees that includes employee files, promotion/appraisal documents, statutory documents and exit documents Reports, Audits & Compliances Responsible for managing internal reports related with Attrition Analysis Insuring proper database of reports are maintained Manage & facing internal & external audits Adhering to QMS & ISMS compliances Training & Development Ensuring that proper induction and adequate trainings are been imparted to employees Facilitate & co-ordinate internal & external trainings for the employees Corporate Initiatives Oversee and coordinate day-to-day services and operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations and standards of practice Desired Candidate Profile Education (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG- Post Graduate Specialization in Human Resource Management Understands IT/ITES culture Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills Good client interfacing skills Energetic and self driven individual Employee development and performance management skills. Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. Integrated knowledge and understanding of human resources concepts, practices, systems, and procedures. Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. Flexible to work in shifts.
