Job RequirementsJob Title: Senior Specialist-Infrastructure (Operations)Department/Function: Corporate Real Estate & ServicesJob Purpose:The Senior Specialist - Infrastructure (Operations) is responsible for supporting the execution of new infrastructure projects and managing day-to-day infrastructure operations. The role aims to enhance user experience through effective coordination, reporting, and vendor management within the Infrastructure department.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Update rollout tracker weekly to monitor branch rollout progress from RE handover to business delivery.
  • Coordinate weekly with State Project Managers regarding the progress of branches handed over from RE and scheduled for business delivery.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Branch Control team on branch rollout timelines.
  • Assign vendor BPAs for new projects and daily infrastructure needs, including OEM replacement of non-technical products.
  • Follow up and close general transactional activities related to infrastructure and project management.
  • Support consolidation of open POs and provisions, streamline vendor invoice processing, and follow up on pending payments.
  • Optimize BPA utilization based on finalized vendor rankings.
  • Coordinate and communicate with INFRA team members and other departments within CRES.
  • Assist and support business teams with infrastructure needs such as external/internal signage, statutory requirements (e.g., ramps, UV lamps, suggestion boxes), and updates on conditional HO pendency (e.g., white goods, vendor-dependent activities related to branch setup).
  • Manage monthly consolidated performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners/service providers for timely MSA execution and renewal.
  • Conduct vendor reviews.
  • Coordinate and consolidate licenses related to infrastructure such as LED and GSB.
Educational Qualifications:Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)Experience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
