- Product Excellence: Understand and address critical customer challenges, leveraging your deep product knowledge and vertical expertise to deliver meaningfully tailored solutions in the field of service i.e. service contract, retrofits/modernization, spare parts, repairs in Industry segment like Sugar, Steel, Textile, Cement, Petrochemical, Port and other discrete industry. Working in proximity with Key Accounts, Partners for seamless support.
- Innovative Solutions Promotion: Promoting the Digital portfolios in Edge, Connectivity, and Predictive Solutions, enhancing our Digital Service offerings and driving customer success.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee product quality coordination, pricing strategy and alignment for discontinued and specialized Low voltage Motion Control Drives products, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
