The Role: Energy AMS Expert (SME) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Energy AMS Expert (SME)/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the energy industry, with a strong understanding of market trends, regulatory frameworks, technological advancements, and operational challenges. As a Domain SME/Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights, develop innovative solutions, and drive business value for our clients. Responsibilities Experience range - 18 to 25 years, With experience in managing large AMS Deals. Exposure to the Energy & Utilities vertical would be an added advantage. SLA Management/presales support / Proposal preparation / Transition experience is required. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on energy industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of client requirements, business processes, and technology landscapes to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. Lead engagements with clients to develop tailored solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative products, services, and solutions that meet the evolving needs of the energy market. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and solution development. Drive thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, industry presentations, and participation in conferences and events. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 18+ years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on [specific areas of expertise, such as renewable energy, oil & gas, utilities, etc.]. Proven track record of success in consulting, advisory, or subject matter expert roles, with demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact solutions to clients. Deep understanding of energy market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and technological trends. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
