We’re the world’s leading supplier of (IFEC) inflight entertainment and communications systems that allow passengers access to live TV, movies, music, interactive games, maps, and much more!Position: We are looking for a motivated, driven, and collaborative senior-level MTS IV Developer (ServiceNow & Javascript) and in telecom domain Order, Inventory and Operations Management systems using ServiceNow.Responsibilities:

Design, implement, integrate, and verify solutions on the ServiceNow platform using Java Script.
Enhance, optimize, and improve the efficiency and robustness of current software, with a particular focus on OSS integration by configuring and/or customizing telecom functionality in ServiceNow modules:

Order Management Technology (OMT)
Telecom Network Inventory (TNI)
Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM)
Understanding of TM Forum standards leverage their comprehensive framework including Open APIs, to standardize telecom operations, enhance interoperability, and enable digital transformation.
Develop and enhance ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and integrations.
Design and implement telecom order lifecycle and inventory workflows within ServiceNow
Design and implement REST/SOAP API-based integrations with external systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Contribute to architectural discussions and solution design for transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with onshore and cross functional development teams, including those working on OSS for system monitoring and operational support.
Lead development teams by overseeing junior developers, providing technical mentorship, and ensuring end-to-end ownership of solution design, development, and delivery.
Review, evaluate, and analyse test plans and procedures for complex telecom and avionics systems.
Support system test programs, analyse results, and improve overall system quality including Performance.
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Support end-to-end implementation including development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to implementations.
Participate in a complete software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:Mandatory:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ software engineering/ electrical engineering/ electronics and communications engineering
8+ years of overall software development experience with expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow development.
Strong understanding of telecom order management, inventory processes with hands-on experience working with ServiceNow modules:

Order Management Technology (OMT)
Telecom Network Inventory (TNI)
Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM)
Hands-on Experience in API integrations and REST/SOAP-based architecture.

Preferred:

Experience working in enterprise-scale implementations.
Awareness of telecom network lifecycle management (Order → Provisioning → Activation → Assurance).
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours to ensure overlap with US-based team
Experience practicing Agile software development principles.
Ability to travel to domestic or international locations as required, up to 10% of the time
