- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of branded experiences and promotional events for Mumbai Foodie.
- Collaborate with content, production, and design teams to conceptualize standout event formats and themes.
- Oversee all logistical aspects, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, on-ground execution, and guest experience.
- Ensure all events are on-brand, culturally relevant, and drive strong community engagement.
- Identify, pitch, and onboard brand partners for collaborations and sponsorships.
- Negotiate partnership terms that are mutually beneficial and drive maximum amplification.
- Co-create campaigns with partner brands and internal teams to maximize visibility and ROI.
- Keep a pulse on market and industry trends to recommend newer event formats and collaboration opportunities.
- Serve as a brand custodian at events, maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Work with the content and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns for events and partnerships.
- Ensure alignment and clear communication between internal teams, partners, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with social media and content teams to create engaging content around events and partnerships.
- Work closely with Business Development teams to align partnership ideas with revenue goals + long-term brand vision.
- 2-4 years of experience in events, partnerships, or brand collaborations in the F&B, hospitality, or media space.
- Strong network within the Mumbai F&B and lifestyle ecosystem.
- Proven track record of handling end-to-end event management with ownership and accountability.
- Exposure to digital marketing, influencer outreach, and content-driven campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder management.
- Organised, proactive, and confident communicator who enjoys relationship-building.
