- Sales Enablement Campaigns – Design and implement campaigns that support channel sales productivity and drive advisor/banker engagement.
- Regulatory Filings (IRDAI) – Coordinate marketing communication approvals and ensure all collaterals/campaigns are compliant.
- Creative Development & BAU Support – Lead the development of collaterals, sales aids, and routine marketing assets across touchpoints.
- Agency & Vendor Management – Manage creative agencies, production vendors, and ensure timely, cost-effective execution.
- Stakeholder Management – Liaise with sales leaders, product, compliance, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
- Execution Excellence – Ensure campaigns and materials are delivered with high quality, on time, and with measurable impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory), MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in insurance, financial services, or BFSI sector.
- Hands-on experience in sales enablement campaigns, channel marketing, or partner-driven marketing.
- Proven track record of managing creative agencies/vendors and delivering marketing collaterals on time.
- Familiarity with IRDAI guidelines and regulatory filings for marketing communication.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to work across sales, compliance, product, and operations teams.
- Excellent project management and execution skills with attention to detail.
