- Work with and support the DMS Business Manager to develop and maintain business management best practices, processes and tools
- Assist the DMS Business Manager on ongoing activities like preparing change summary for CAB meetings, forecast resource supply to demand, contrast budget to actual demand, and assists in the mapping of demand to resource fulfillment
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of internal baseline programs to ensure effective delivery
- Take ownership of some processes like reporting Changepoint Actuals, DMS Estimates and demand verification, chargeback verification and correction.
- Maintain effective communication with the SLGS (ASCI) delivery manager, Director of DMS, the DMS Leadership Team, and all team members
- Ensure all oral and written communication is respectful and of a professional manner
- Work with the DMS Management Team to bring new ideas, processes and solutions to the group and help move them forward
