  • In depth understanding of Azure cloud computing and Windows Server and services for enterprise environment
  • Ability and willingness to learn enterprise-grade tools, architecture patterns, and agile working models in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
  • Passion for new Infra solutioning, understanding of new technologies within Azure and Microsoft space.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
Effective communication in English (spoken and written), especially when documenting preparing presentationsKey accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Contribute to the day-to-day Operational support for Windows and Azure related issues. Providing expert solutions and fix.
  • Tracking KPI's, prepare presentations, MIS reports, keeping track of major incidents to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical SME's and team leads for driving various technical initiatives driven across VOIS and VCI
  • Support in various technical solutioning, like response to RFP's for Wintel domain
  • Independently driving service improvement initiatives, automations across Wintel services.
