Minimum Qualification: MBA (Master of Business Administration) with specialization in Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, or related fields.
Experience: 1-5 years of teaching or industry experience (Freshers with excellent academic records may apply).
Strong knowledge of business management, case studies, and market trends.

For Computer Applications (BCA/MCA) Lecturers:

Minimum Qualification: MCA (Master of Computer Applications) or M.Tech in Computer Science/IT.
Experience: 1-5 years of teaching or relevant IT industry experience.
Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++, etc.), databases, and emerging technologies like AI, Data Science, and Cloud Computing.
