US GM Sales Business

• Drive strategic business initiatives using data insights on revenue trends, client analytics, and market performance

• Perform wallet share analysis, client strategy planning, and revenue forecasting

• Prepare management presentations, business reviews, and reports for senior leadership

• Monitor business performance, expenses, and key financial metrics

• Partner with Sales, Trading, Structuring, and Research teams for business growth

• Coordinate with corporate functions like Compliance, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations

• Support budgeting, planning, and business expansion initiatives

• Manage stakeholder communication with Business Heads and regional teams

• Handle audit requirements, expense tracking, and business continuity processes

• Identify process improvements and ensure smooth execution of business operations

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• Strong understanding of Global Markets, Equities, and Fixed Income

• Experience in business management, analytics, or financial reporting

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling

• Ability to prepare senior management presentations and reports

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
