Location: Onsite – Pune, IndiaAbout the RoleAt Infopro Learning, great learning experiences begin with great design.We are looking for a Creative Multimedia Designer who can bring learning concepts to life through graphics, motion, and video. In this role, you will transform instructional ideas into engaging digital learning assets including animations, multimedia content, and visual design elements used in learning programs for global clients.You will work closely with instructional designers, developers, and creative team members to produce polished learning experiences that are visually clear, engaging, and aligned to learning goals.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on creative work across graphics, motion design, and video production.What You’ll DoDesign visual assets for digital learning including graphics, icons, illustrations, and layouts.Create motion graphics and instructional videos using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.Translate storyboards and scripts into engaging multimedia learning content.Build templates and visual elements used in tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to ensure strong visual storytelling and learner engagement.Use AI-assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Runway to accelerate design production.Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality standards.What We’re Looking ForStrong graphic design skills with a solid understanding of visual storytelling and layout.Hands-on experience creating motion graphics and animated videos.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.Experience creating multimedia assets for digital learning, training content, or digital media.Ability to translate scripts or storyboards into clear and engaging visual experiences.Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or a related field.Typically 4–8 years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or digital media production.A portfolio demonstrating graphics, motion design, and video work.Why Join Infopro LearningWork on global learning programs used by major organizations.Use modern creative tools including motion design platforms and AI-assisted creative technologies.Grow your craft while collaborating with experienced design and learning teams.
