Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain deep insights into user needs and pain points.
Design visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces, with a focus on complex dashboards and data visualizations.
Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain design integrity.
Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across the product experience.
Act as a strong advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally within SaaS or B2B product environments.
Proven ability to design engaging and highly usable interfaces.
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in data visualization and designing for complex dashboards is highly desirable.
