Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Data ScienceResponsibilitiesIdentify, design, and implement internal process improvements: Automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalabilityBuild the infrastructure required for optimal data extraction, transformation and loading of data from variety of data sources using SQL/R/Phyton and AWS “big data” technologiesWork with data science team to assess and troubleshoot potential data quality issues at input and transformationIndependently handling all projects with minimal supervisionContribute towards building thought leadership in the Pricing domainQualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualificationsRich experience as an ETL developer with strong data architecture knowledge around data warehousing concepts, SQL development and optimization, operational support models.Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Information technology / Computer science / Computer applicationsExperience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific question and identify opportunity for improvementsStrong analytical skills related to working with unstructured dataExperience in data mining tools/techniques and bigdataExcellent verbal and written communication.Comfortable working and interacting with senior client stakeholdersGood team player and demonstrates leadership by driving initiativesExperience supporting and working with cross functional team in dynamic environmentPreferred qualificationsManaging large volume of data and developing meaningful insights from the required data analysisExperience working in pricing and financial domain is a plusHands on experience with Tableau and other BI toolsWhy join Genpact?
