Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical device industry.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.3. Team Management:- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.- Coach and mentor team members to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.4.
