Reporting To: Store ManagerRole SummaryWe are seeking a polished, dynamic, and performance-driven Floor Manager to lead front-end operations and elevate the customer experience at our luxury jewellery boutique. The Floor Manager will oversee daily floor operations, team productivity, visual merchandising, and client satisfaction—while driving category-wise sales performance in line with brand expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Floor OperationsSupervise all floor-level sales activities and ensure smooth, customer-first operations.
Drive a high-performance culture to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Execute VM (visual merchandising) standards and ensure all displays reflect brand aesthetics and product storytelling.
Ensure timely billing, delivery, and product handover procedures are followed with precision.
Monitor product availability and coordinate with the back office for stock replenishment.Team Management & TrainingLead, train and mentor the Retail Sales Officers (RSOs), Greeters, and Support Staff on customer service, selling techniques, and product knowledge.
Conduct daily team briefings on targets, floor updates, and sales strategy.
Schedule week off roster, shifts and manage manpower effectively across peak and non-peak hours.
Support Store Manager in conducting performance reviews and initiating development plans.Customer Experience & Escalation HandlingEnsure every customer interaction reflects luxury service standards.
Act as the escalation point for complex client requests, exchanges, or service issues.
Manage customer feedback and coordinate with the Store Manager for resolution or further escalation.Inventory & Loss PreventionMonitor and verify daily stock movement—opening, closing, transfers, and discrepancies.
Ensure all stock is properly tagged, secured, and stored.
Maintain locker protocol at the end of the day and report any variances to the Store Manager.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or a related field preferred
3–5 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably jewellery or high-end fashion
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Excellent communication skills—fluency in English and local language (Kannada, Telegu and Tamil for Bengaluru / Hindi and Panjabi for Delhi)
Well-versed in POS systems and inventory software
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidaysPersonal AttributesWell-groomed, confident, and articulate
