Job Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst - Process Optimization Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Identity & Access
Management (IAM) Analyst - Process Optimization Specialist. The primary responsibility of this
role is to handle the provisioning, deprovisioning, and modification of access across various
applications. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to
ensure seamless onboarding of new users by providing the necessary access.
As part of the Identity & Access Management team, the role involves conducting regular audits
of application access to maintain security standards. Beyond routine tasks, this position is
pivotal in process optimization, reviewing of policies, recommending changes, and utilizing
Python, SQL, PowerShell, and VBA to develop efficient workflows. The IAM Analyst will
leverage programming skills to create simple Python applications, contributing to the overall
optimization of departmental functions such as provisioning, deprovisioning, and auditing.
The ideal candidate for this role should be comfortable with both repetitive tasks and more
complex processes, showcasing a self-managing attitude. If you are passionate about

Qualifications and Requirements:
● Advanced proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, and Python is essential.
● Intermediate understanding of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
● Knowledge and experience in Active Directory.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize processes using
programming languages.
● Proven experience in identity and access management or a related field.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team
members and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is
preferred.
● Relevant certifications in information security or identity and access management are a
plus.Experience Level: This position is suitable for an entry-level candidate with a minimum of 3
