The Promotion Execution Specialist is responsible for coordinating and implementing promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to ensure the successful execution of promotional activities across different channels. Should have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset to deliver impactful promotions that meet business objectives.Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and sales growth.
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop promotion strategies aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Accountable to manage the end-to-end execution KPIs and Metrics for promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze promotional performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, and ROI, to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Help team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during promotion execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for promotional initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to promotion execution, including contracts, agreements, and campaign reports.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on promotion performance, key learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously optimize promotion processes and workflows to streamline execution and enhance efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Prior retail/Promotion execution/ Operations experience
- Proven experience in promotion execution, marketing operations, or project management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative promotion ideas and solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work activities.
