- Support the Government Affairs strategy for the site.
- Strengthen internal collaboration with key business leaders.??
- Map key stakeholders for the site.
- Execute and coordinate state on local issues impacting the sites.
- Serve as primary contact for interfaces with the area, and state agencies in assigned area(s) as well as establish and maintain a sophisticated state and local political contact network to leverage for the sites and the company’s benefit.
- Be a proactive strategic agent on behalf of Dow's interests in the area and help set the agenda and shape future events for local relations in assigned area(s).
- Represent the company on relevant local Industry Associations, as required.
- Master’s degree in human resources /industrial Relations.
- Candidates need to permanently relocate to this location.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Should be humble but firm, fair & factual. High level of initiative and energy
- Team Player, Influence Management - Ability to influence others without authority.
- Listening Skills & Conflict Management
- Practical Understanding of the applicability of Labor Laws at the plant level
- Good conceptual understanding of Industrial Relations & Labor Compliance
- Handling Multiple Contractors & Unions, Effective handling of Contract labors
- Good Communication & Drafting Skills

- Excellent in Verbal & Written communication in Marathi apart from English and Hindi.
