- Meet daily target number of clients in the assigned sectors
- Present and explain the company's offerings to clients and understand their needs
- Identify new requirements based on client feedback
- Create prospecting lists using industry knowledge and online sources
- Actively monitor conversion rates and make improvements to the sales process
- Make cold calls and follow-up calls to leads/prospects
- Build short-term relationships with prospects to increase meeting opportunities
- Report trends and concerns to senior management
- Conduct market studies for new zones based on business potential and other parameters
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Positive and professional demeanor with a go-getter attitude
- Strong sales skills, including persuasive and negotiating abilities
- Strong network in logistics or related industry preferred
- Inquisitive nature and willingness to learn before taking on assignments
- Highly performance-driven and smart
- Minimum 12th pass
- Complete field work
- Must have a valid driver's license and two-wheeler
- Local area knowledge is a must
- Proficiency in the local language
