Job Description :Field Sales ExecutiveLocation: Mumbai, Pune, NagpurKey Responsibilities:
  • Meet daily target number of clients in the assigned sectors
  • Present and explain the company's offerings to clients and understand their needs
  • Identify new requirements based on client feedback
  • Create prospecting lists using industry knowledge and online sources
  • Actively monitor conversion rates and make improvements to the sales process
  • Make cold calls and follow-up calls to leads/prospects
  • Build short-term relationships with prospects to increase meeting opportunities
  • Report trends and concerns to senior management
  • Conduct market studies for new zones based on business potential and other parameters

  • Strong sales skills, including persuasive and negotiating abilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 12th pass
  • Complete field work
  • Must have a valid driver's license and two-wheeler
  • Local area knowledge is a must
  • Proficiency in the local language
