Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities1. Reporting
  • Report to Director, India Sales.
  • Team management of Morth & West market Sales team
2. Sales & Coverage - South Mass Market
  • Manage Tier 2/3/4 markets: Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hosur, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Vizag.
  • Drive demand in Industrial, EV Chargers, Metering, UPS, Consumer, Telecom segments.
3. Channel Management
  • Work with distributors for funnel creation and coverage expansion.
4. Customer Engagement
  • Build relationships with OEMs, ODMs, EMS clusters in South.
5. Market Intelligence
  • Track trends in industrial, consumer, and power segments.
6. Financial Ownership
  • Support revenue plans, forecasting, and funnel tracking.
QualificationsB.E./B.Tech Electronics.
  • 6-10 years in semiconductor sales.
  • Strong South India ecosystem knowledge.
