This involves mobilisation of an entire workforce, challenging current methods of working, defining a clear approach to migration and ensuring all change is delivered safely across a complex backdrop. This transformational change positions our products for the future and unlocks exciting opportunities to enhance our product led strategy to continue to deliver for our clients.What you'll be doing:
Handling migration and programme dependencies
Tracking progress and alignment to overall programme plan
Collaborating with Migration Planning and Migration Execution to ensure parity across the migration process
Running aspects of the programme that involve multiple senior internal and external sponsors within the Microsoft Partnership
Tracking programme risks, conditional approvals, and exceptions
Anticipating issues and delays, evaluating impacts against application/business requirements, complexity, cost, risk etc. whilst effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks
Handle delivery quality and performance across the Partnership, ensuring services are introduced safely

Resource & optimisation: Plan, lead and optimise resources within teams in order to maximise results and achieve desired performance
Risk Management: Tracking conditions and exceptions relating to application migrations and ensuring any remediation activities are tracked to completion
