- Generate new business opportunities in Import Freight Forwarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into business
- Handle the end-to-end sales cycle, including client meetings and negotiations
- Coordinate with operations teams for the smooth execution of shipments
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Import Freight Forwarding sales
- Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, and freight processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Experience in handling the Ahmedabad market (added advantage)
- Strong network within import/export businesses
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
