Job Description:6–10 years overall experience, with 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CERole SummaryThe Senior D365 CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex CRM customizations, extensions, and integrations on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The role works closely with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑quality CRM solutions in enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Development & Customization

Design and develop Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom APIs, Actions, and extensions using C / .NET
Implement client‑side customizations using JavaScript, HTML, Business Rules, and Ribbon Workbench
Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, charts, and business process flows
Work across D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing

Integration & Azure

Design and implement CRM integrations using Web APIs, REST APIs, Custom APIs, and middleware
Develop Azure‑based integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Web Jobs, Storage
Ensure secure and scalable integration patterns with upstream and downstream systems

Quality, Support & Leadership

Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting of complex issues
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
Support production issues, root‑cause analysis, and performance optimization
Contribute to technical documentation and design reviews
