This is an excellent opportunity lead data-driven decision-making within the manufacturing industry. The role is based in Mumbai and focuses on leveraging business intelligence to enhance accounting and finance operations.

Develop and implement strategies to support financial decision-making.
Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for the accounting and finance department.
Deep dive & Analysis of Financial Statements. Preparation of multiple monthly MIS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain data visualisation dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in data management and reporting work-flows.
Train and mentor team members on the effective use of business intelligence tools and methodologies.
Monitor industry trends to ensure the organisation remains competitive in its data practices.
Support senior leadership with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or related fields.
Qualified Chartered Accountant or an MBA in Finance (Tier-1 Business Schools)
Proficiency in intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
Experience in managing and analysing large data sets within the automotive industry.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively present data-driven insights.
A collaborative mindset to work across departments and with senior leadership.
