- Selling digital solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships (including customers’ Digital stakeholders) to understand customer their needs, promoting customer their understanding of full ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Preparing sales plans using company ABB authorized tools.

- You are highly skilled in Asset Performance Management technologies and solutions, enjoying the challenges of engaging with the industrial automation market.
- You have a proven track record with 5 to 8 years of experience in front-end sales within the industrial automation sector for Asset Performance Management, consistently achieving sales targets and delivering client-focused strategies in dynamic and competitive environments.
- Highly adept in client relationship management and market trend analysis, with advanced skills in delivering tailored sales strategies for APM solutions.
- Passionate about innovation and captivated by creating strategic value through advanced communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with certifications in Asset Management (e.g., CAMP) as an added advantage.
- At ease communicating in English.
