- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (e.g., CIS-ITSM).
- 8 years of experience in working with ServiceNow ecosystem with designing and implementing the ServiceNow CSDM framework in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM Professional suite (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc), including custom application development, scripting (e.g., JavaScript, GlideAPIs), and platform configuration.
- Experience in ServiceNow development including server-side and client-side scripting in JavaScript and ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
- Certification in ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience with enterprise integration of ServiceNow with SAP.
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) (e.g., Discovery, Service Mapping).
- Experience with Service Portal development (e.g., AngularJS).
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow Artificial Intelligence (AI) features (e.g., Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent) with integrating in applications.
- Drive the technical design, development and configuration of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Ensure alignment with best practices and goals through technical reviews
- Own the technical design and governance of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) implementing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework for a single source of truth.
- Define and enforce best practices for ServiceNow configuration and extension, overseeing partner development and configuration to maintain platform health, scalability, and upgradability, avoiding excessive customization.
- Design and oversee the development of secure, efficient, Application programming interface (API)-led integrations between ServiceNow and internal systems.
- Review all technical deliverables to meet standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship, promoting expertise and conducting periodic knowledge transfers.
