• Should have knowledge on IP and RA guidelines.
• Should be able to plan, setup, monitor, and workup chemical reactions independently
• Able to optimize reaction conditions to improve yield and Quality
• Able to purify the compounds by using different methods like Column Chromatography, Fractional distillation, crystallization, acid-base workup, resolution etc.
• Should have knowledge on characterization and identification of compounds or impurities using characterization tools
• Able to write technical reports, data analysis, characterization reports and maintain lab notebook
• Able to make data compilations and verse with ppt preparation
• Able to carry out literature search by using Sci-Finder and other search engines.
• Able to setup multiple reactions per day independently
• Ensuring individual safety and lab safety
