- Articulate value propositions and vision to prospects and customers across the consumer goods vertical.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business processes and pain points.
- Configure and deliver compelling software demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Develop business/technical peer relationships within key accounts.
- Create high-quality presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Capture customer requirements and provide feedback for product enhancement.
- Lead and coordinate with interdisciplinary project teams for solution delivery.
- Manage end-to-end pre-sales cycle, including RFIs/RFPs, software demos, and technical discussions.
- 5–9 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting, preferably in SaaS / Technology.
- Graduation with MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred.
- Strong exposure to Sales Automation Platforms or CRM applications.
- Domain experience in CPG industry is desirable.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering enterprise-scale pre-sales projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage with senior leadership including CXOs.
