An Excellent opportunity to work for one of the World's most admired Licensor organization based in India.Job Description:

Develop and implement the Design & Development Strategy.
Oversee the design of projects ensuring adherence to defined specifications and standards.
Lead the development and management of a global design consultant / architect / service consultant database; Periodically update the same through continuous research and market scanning.
Build in-house capabilities to understand, critique and challenge external designs.
Provide functional guidance to ensure standardization of Design & Development practices across.
Act as the final authority on all decisions with respect to the Design & Development Function Core Responsibilities

Drive effective relationship management with design consultants / architects / service consultants (existing and new) to ensure cost effective and preferential services. * Work closely with the Business Development Department to understand land details (land usage, proposed development, CDP parameters etc.)

Work closely with the Legal and Liaison Departments to obtain project planning information and documents such as topographical & land survey map etc.

Work closely with the Marketing Department to obtain the market appraisal report defining the project profile and configuration - Lead the development of the Architect Brief containing project details such as vision, size, type etc. and ensure timely submission of the same to the design consultants / architects. * Evaluate quotes and finalize their appointment in consultation with the Top Management.

Work closely with design consultants / architects and ensure timely provision of inputs to them for design & detailing as per project requirements.
Ensure timely submission of conceptual drawings and schematics by the design consultants / architects; Critically analyze and finalize the same in consultation with the Top Management and Engineering Department.

Qualification:

graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 10 years +
Skills: Must have excellent skills and hands on experience in Design & Development (Infrastructure Architect).
