Collaborate and negotiate with global vendors, DMCs, and service providers to secure the most competitive pricing while maintaining service excellence.Team Leadership & Development
Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of MICE professionals. Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Escalation Management
Proactively manage challenges and escalations during project execution to ensure client satisfaction and operational continuity.Market Trends & Innovation
