Responsibilities:
· Traffic estimation from various traffic survey data such as Classified Volume Count surveys, Origin-Destination surveys, Axle Load Surveys, etc.
· This will include methodology development, survey coordination/supervision, secondary data collection (future traffic growth rate calculation), analysis of all data and calculation of Design Traffic in Million Standard Axles (MSA), Vehicle Damage Factors (VDF), Axle Load Spectrum and other traffic parameters required for Pavement and Highway Design.
· Road Furniture/Road Safety design for various types of roadways (National Highways, Expressways, SMART city, etc.) for development projects using various IRC codes and other national and international codes, etc.
· Produce drawings from the designs for submission to Client.
· Coordinate with site / construction team and other internal / external stakeholders as per project’s requirements.
· Prepare presentations and supporting calculations for all of the above.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
· Enthusiastic and eager to learn Traffic/Transportation Design engineer with experience of multidisciplinary projects, preferably experience in Detailed Design and Construction Support of road infrastructure projects in India or, international experience.
· Knowledge / understanding of bid / tender documents
· Awareness of Highway Geometric Design principles.
· In depth knowledge of EXCEL and AutoCAD/Autodesk Civil 3D.
· Team player and correct attitude suited for corporate/ head quarter posting.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree (MS, MTech, ME) from reputed & accredited university (India &/or, international).
