This role involves working with Digital Route's Mediation Zone production environment and contributing across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a solution-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills to support cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes.Who are you
  • A detail-oriented and adaptable individual with over 5 years of experience in IT application development.
  • Proficient in working with Mediation Zone by Digital Route.
  • Comfortable navigating all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • A clear communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Open to learning and expanding technical capabilities.
What you will do
  • Design, develop, and maintain Mediation Zone applications in a production environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues.
What skills you need
  • Proven hands-on experience with Mediation Zone by Digital Route.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and best practices.
  • Ability to analyse requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to Java and J2EE technologies is desirable.
