  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Effectively present and promote products/services to potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, proposals, and client updates.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with persuasive sales abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
