This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 3 - 6 LPA)Min Experience: 2 yearsLocation: MumbaiJobType: full-timeWe are seeking a Video Editor who can fully manage SSD’s video content, transforming raw footage into refined, platform-optimized videos. While graphic design and motion support are secondary responsibilities, the primary focus of this role is to produce high-quality, captivating video content that highlights our interior design projects, client collaborations, and brand presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.The successful candidate will possess strong skills in editing, storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design, with an ability to quickly produce trend-responsive short-form content (such as Reels) without sacrificing quality. You will collaborate closely with the Social Media Marketing (SMM) team but are expected to independently manage editing workflows, content organization, and ensure the final output meets high standards.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality video edits including project walkthroughs, reels, and client showcases
Oversee complete video production from raw footage to final edit
Create compelling short-form AI-driven content (Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Implement transitions, color grading, sound design, and maintain pacing
Adapt videos for various platforms by optimizing aspect ratios and formats
Deliver quick turnaround edits for social media campaigns
Provide support for basic motion graphics and text animation tasks

Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Practical experience with camera operation, lighting setups, and video shooting techniques
Understanding of social media formats, algorithms, and content trends
Strong creative vision regarding composition, typography, and storytelling
Ability to produce fast turnaround content for dynamic campaigns
Portfolio demonstrating social media graphics, videos, animations, and AI videos
Bonus: Experience with Reels/video editing, influencer collaborations, or live streaming
