  • Strong Hands on VMware ESXi 6 / 7/8 Microsoft Hyper-V Services
  • Creating a new VM Adding RAM NIC CPU Disk for the VM. Adding the VM to required Network Installing & Upgrading VM tools to Virtual machines.
  • Setup and maintenance of new infrastructure of Windows 2012, Windows 2016 Serves, Windows Server 2019 Domain Controllers, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Server, DFS.
  • Install, Configure and manage multi Node Cluster, for Application, MS SQL and Exchange
  • Deploy an ESXi host and Hyper-V Services, vCenter Server instance ESXi
  • Deploy and manage thin-provisioned virtual machines
  • Recovery of OS / Hardware to consistent state.
  • Migrate virtual machines with VMware vSphere vMotion
  • Manage DataStore Space, Manage RAW Disk Partition
  • Good Knowledge on Raid Technologies and Network routing
  • Good Knowledge on Server Hardware (Standalone, Blade Chassis – IBM / HP / CISCO / Dell, HCI)
  • Manage access control using vCenter Server.
  • Monitor resource usage using vCenter Server Manage
  • VMware vSphere High Availability
  • Apply patches using VMware vSphere Update Manager
  • Create Snapshot of Virtual machine
  • Configure, Mange & deploy new Virtual in VDI.
  • Manage access management of new user in VDI
  • Hands on experience with Windows server and components, VMware
  • 3rd party vendor coordination and handling escalation.
  • Experience in Azure/ ADFS and Azure cloud
  • Attend and actively participate in management meetings, client meets and workshops.
  • A solid understanding of the operating systems in use at the site; understandingof paging and swapping, inter-process communication, devices and what device drivers do, and filesystem concepts.
  • Strong Knowledge on SCCM, SCOM and WSUS Services.
  • To co-ordinate with the appropriate teams for call resolution for high severity or escalated calls. Troubleshooting escalated issues to Higher Up.
  • Strong knowledge on managing File Server, Storage Server, and CA Server (Certificate Authority Servers)
  • Demonstrated experience in handling day-to-day Server and operating system break-fix support, changes and Critical Client Impacting situations.
  • Proven experience in risk-based systems running on Several Server platforms along with OS clustering
  • Responsibilities include Participate as a Technical Leadership during the critical and Major incidents and Root cause.
  • Monitor IT availability levels by comparing actual levels against targets and addressing shortfalls.
  • Good Knowledge experience on Monitoring tool (Any one ).
