- Conduct workshops (PLWs) with business users to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and proposed solutions.
- Document business requirements(BSDD,DeltaLogs), functional specifications(FSDs), and process flows.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions aligned with business needs.
- Validate parameterization and configuration in Temenos modules (Payments, Loans, Limits, Collaterals, Compliance).
- Support SIT/UAT phases by preparing test cases and validating outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between business teams, technical teams, and vendors.
- Manage expectations and ensure timely sign-off on deliverables.
- Track progress of BA deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Provide status updates and escalate risks/issues proactively.
- Support change management and training activities.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Compliance). Lending, Deposits is a must.
- Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 (R17+) implementations.
- TPH, TDH knowledge is a plus
- Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Familiarity with PLWs, parameterization, and integration points.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis or Banking operation within Banking domain.
- Certifications in Temenos modules are a plus.
