Taking ownership and demonstrating commitment for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, installed base releases, pre-NPI/advanced development to be performed.
Analyze existing implementation and suitably adapt specific components to meet the current business needs.
Does component module/ sub- system design
Performs the role of a developer by implementing components/modules/sub-systems.
Performs the role of a specialist by reviewing work products, providing technical guidance in a technical/ functional area.
Performs the role of a Requirements Engineer by analyzing and understanding the Functional Requirements Specification.
Manages technical communication with customers.

Strong hands-on experience in C++/C#.net windows desktop application development
Healthcare imaging domain knowledge experience.
Strong design patterns and Object-Oriented design experience; strong multi-threaded programming experience.
Ability to evaluate trade-offs between multiple technical approaches and choose one.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong Testing and debugging skills.
Good understanding of the healthcare domain (imaging, workflows, Integration, verification)
Good team player with positive attitude.
Self-starter, quick learner, ability to work independently.

Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.Exposure to Software Development Cycle – Preferably, SAFe Agile based delivery model.Behavioral traits:-Quality-conscious mind-set with “First time right” approach.Shall demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow.Flexibility / Ability in defining the activities and items needed in a subject matter.BenefitsNA
