Assistant Manager-Operation And Maintenance

• Experience in handling Machine shop Maintenance ( Grinding / turning/ Machining center m/c) Preferably in crank shaft / cam shaft/Gear machining / precision machining independently.

• Having good experience in Grinding machine, Turning center, Machining center (HMC/VMC), Induction Hardening, Gantry Maintenance

• Exposure in dealing with Fanuc, Siemens CNC/PLC control system for grinding, turning, milling, Machining center.

• Expert in health checkup of CNC machine.

• Understanding of CNC parameter and will be update in the system.

• Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and implement the same.

• Familiar with Capturing Predictive data for various critical machines.

• Good vendor network for repairing PLC/CNC card, drive, PCBs

• Familiar with Gantry maintenance.

• Experience about Induction hardening, heat treatment process

• Assembly drawing needs to understand and configuration of two software/hardware

• Good knowledge of Spindle Repairing

• Ready to do by hand work.
