Role summary: You will be handling all of compliances with the company secretary, the finances with the company CA, the resource and human management and a lot other miscellaneous things.Qualifications: GraduateExperience: 0-4 yearsLocation: On-site | BengaluruType: Paid Full TimeDescription:Compliances And Finances:Run office ops: supplies, assets, weekly ops checklist to founders.Handle import/export: IEC, AD Code, DGFT/ICEGATE filings; courier coordination; shipment trackers with PR/PO/GRN linkage.Maintain document control and compliances: MoU/NDA versioning, signed copies archived, naming and retention standards enforced.Manage device lifecycle: issuance, MDM enrolment, role-based permissions, offboarding checklist; audit trails in Notion.Enforce meeting hygiene: agendas, minutes, owners, due dates; action tracker maintained.Keep books current: entries in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks; weekly bank reconciliation; ageing for payables/receivables.Run banking ops: FIRC/foreign remittances, purpose codes, bank letters; coordinate with RM; track export proceeds.Be comfortable with ISO 9001/AS9100 and audit prep.Read contracts (NDA/MoU/SoW) and redline admin clauses.Manage human resourcesPlan travel and range-trial logistics: itineraries, permissions, advances, reimbursements; post-trip reconciliation.Set and enforce policies regarding reimbursements and manage the transactions and filings.Issue offers and onboard: letters, internship agreements, document collection, payroll inputs.Leverage tools daily: Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Tally/Zoho Books, Zoho Recruit, DocuSign/Adobe Sign, DGFT/ICEGATE, MCA portal, bank portals, Drive labels and shared-drive permissions.handle vendors and sourcingShould you really join us?If you like learning, if you like figuring things out by yourself without others telling you how to do it - and thrive under work pressure to ship missiles - then this is for you.Join us to take ownership of your work.
