The ideal candidate will play a critical role in creating a safe and supportive school environment by providing professional counseling services and guiding students through personal and educational challenges.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students facing academic, emotional, behavioral, or social difficulties.
Identify students’ needs through observation, assessments, and interaction, and develop appropriate intervention plans.
Support students in managing stress, anxiety, peer relationships, self-esteem issues, and other psychological concerns.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to address student concerns and promote overall well-being.
Conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and life-skills programs on topics such as mental health, bullying prevention, emotional regulation, and career guidance.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Assist in crisis intervention and provide immediate support in sensitive situations.
Guide students in making informed academic and career decisions aligned with their strengths and interests.
Stay updated with current counseling practices, child psychology trends, and educational policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
Certification or training in school counseling is preferred.

Experience:

1 to 10 years of relevant experience in school counseling, child psychology, or a similar role.
