Job Title Software Technologist - TestJob DescriptionThe Software Test Engineer is responsible for crafting detailed test cases based on software requirements and specifications, executes these tests, and meticulously documents the results to ensure thorough coverage and accuracy. The role develops comprehensive test plans outlining the scope, objectives, resources, and schedule for testing activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements and goals to facilitate effective testing processes and outcomesYou are responsible for:Performs the role of a test specialist (QA Engineer)Analysis of requirements from specificationsDefine and write test cases against the specificationAutomation of the test cases where applicableExecute the test on the required test infrastructureReport out the results of test execution in accordance with regulatory requirements.Participates in Review of verification deliverablesWorks with product owner and dev leads in understanding the scope and impact analysisIdentify and retire technical risks through evaluations and feasibilities.Identify and evaluate state-of-the-art tools to continuously improve the testing process.Own up the environment setup and upkeep of the sameTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience5 - 10 years’ experience in software testing/ Verification and ValidationBachelor/master’s degree in software/computer engineeringAt least 5-6 years of experience in Functional and workflow-based testsProven experience in verification and validation in a complex high-tech environmentExperience with setting up and maintaining test infrastructureGood experience on automation tools, scripting languages is added advantageAbility to locate and implement improvements in test design and executionWorking knowledge of AI concepts and practical AI usage in software engineeringStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and documentation skillsGood understanding/experience of the healthcare standards is advantageGood understanding/experience in SAFe way of workingSelf-starter, quick learner, ability to work with teams across geographiesSoftware Craftsmanship mindsetProactive, self-driven, possessing due sense of urgency.Quality conscious, Process & customer OrientedHow we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
