Job Title: Executive Assistant
Work Timings: 9:15 AM – 6:30 PMKey Responsibilities:Manage schedules, follow-ups, reminders, and correspondence on behalf of the manager.Maintain and update Excel-based trackers, reports, and documents regularly.Handle both official and personal tasks for the reporting manager as required.Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment coordination.Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion at all times.Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.Track performance metrics and attendance as part of monthly evaluation.Key Requirements:Graduate from a recognized university (candidates from secretarial colleges preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).Strong follow-up and coordination skills.Should demonstrate job stability (no frequent job-hopping).Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.Comfortable handling personal tasks of the reporting manager.Preferably married, with children, and residing within 30 minutes of the office.Preferred Candidate Attributes:Female candidates only.Demonstrates loyalty, maturity, and long-term commitment.
