The Director - HR (India) is a key leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent, and efficient HR services across payroll, administration, benefits, recruitment sourcing, reporting etc.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and employee life cycle management processes.
