- Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
- Specializations:
- Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.
- Brand performance analytics and reporting.
- Marketing analytics (preferred).
- Therapeutic Expertise: Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required).
- Data Proficiency:
- Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary.
- Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (xPonent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, Patient-Level data) or Symphony data.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred).
- Qualitative Attributes:
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership.
- Prior experience with the Immunology market is preferred.
