Skills:- Candidates should be from the Sheet Metal fabrication line, knowledge of press shop, weld shop, plating etc, Knowledge of Customer Audit, knowledge of Good Quality Control, PPAP, APQP, Quality Documentation, Team Handling Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Manager: This person makes sure that inspections follow rules for good quality and approves how inspections happen. Production Supervisors: These people organize inspections, give what's needed, and solve problems found during inspections. Inspection Team: They do inspections, write down what they find, and tell important people if something's not right. Check incoming materials to make sure they're what we need, like the right size, material, and quality. Write down what we find during inspections and put labels on materials so we can find them later. Do regular checks during making things to make sure they're made right, like how they're supposed to be made. Look closely at important sizes, how much mistake is okay, and how smooth the surface is, based on the plans and rules. Fix any problems quickly so we don't make things wrong.
