- Review and validate purchase requisitions in line with procurement policies
- Create purchase orders and manage confirmations to support timely delivery
- Support sourcing decisions by assigning preferred suppliers where possible
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders
- Promote approved buying channels and e-catalog tools to increase automation
- Respond to procurement, accounts payable, and first-level system inquiries
- Support multiple sites by ensuring consistent and compliant buying processes
- Experience supporting purchasing or procurement activities
- Confidence working with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple requests while meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to policy compliance
- Comfort using purchasing systems or ability to learn new tools quickly
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to collaborate across teams and global locations
