Roles and Responsibilities:Job Description:- To address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.- Interact with customers on various channels such as phone, and email and ensure that all customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.- Take ownership of customer issues.- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.- Keep records of customer interactions, and call data.- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.Customer Support Executive Requirements:- Qualification: Minimum of graduation in any field.- Experience: 0 to 5 years.- Language Preference: English, Hindi, Kannada and any other regional language(Tamil/Telugu) fluent in speaking.- Willing to work on rotational & night shifts.- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.- Ability to work and support the team.- Computer proficiency.- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques is preferable.- Telephone etiquettes.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Work from the office.- Industry: Health Care- Location: Malleshwaram(Bangalore)- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (ref:updazz.com)
