Job descriptionCompany and Designation:- Account ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:GST Compliance:Prepare and file GST returns (e.g., GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) in a timely manner.Reconcile GST accounts with financial records to ensure accuracy.Stay updated with changes in GST regulations and assess their impact on company operations.Financial Record Management:Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.Ensure that all accounting entries are correctly recorded in the general ledger.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.Tax Compliance:Prepare and file income tax returns for the company.Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations, deductions, and filings.Reconcile Form 26AS with books and follow up on any discrepancies.Audit and Assessments:Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.Handle GST audits and assessments, responding to queries from tax authorities.Process Improvement:Regularly review accounting processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.Ensure adherence to statutory time limits for all compliances.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on GST, income tax, and TDS.Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and strong computer literacy in Microsoft applications like Excel and Word.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Thanks & Regards9201975264Job requirements
