As a Junior Digital Account Manager at NEXA, you are charged with the independent management of small accounts, diligently following established processes. In this role, you will also assist Senior Account Managers (SAMs) with some aspects of their account management tasks. Your objective is to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs, maintain a strong work ethic, and contribute to client delight, which in turn aids in the retention and growth of these accounts. Responsibilities Oversee and manage a selection of smaller/low-revenue client accounts across service lines, aiming to deliver service levels that exceed expectations and delight clients. Ensure timely delivery of deliverables for all accounts under your management, ensuring they meet NEXA's high standards of quality. Be proactive in managing scope changes and seeking upsell opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of client accounts. Seek support and guidance from assigned Senior Digital Account Managers and other team members in required scenarios. Build an understanding of relationships and briefs for other departments throughout the business e.g design and performance teams. Comply with and uphold the processes and workflows specified by the Head of Operations. This includes, but is not limited to: Reporting & Calendar Development Processes. Account Management Processes & Handbook. Requirements: 2-3 years of agency expereince. Preferrably able to join immediately from the offer acceptance date. Strong written and verbal bilingual communication skills. Knowledge of social media platforms and trends. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
